INCLUDE CRISP SHREDDED LETTUCE & SLICED ROMA TOMATOES FOR A FRESH TASTE.  

A SPLASH OF WHITE DISTILLED VINEGAR ON BUDGET, SHERRY VINEGAR, OR RED WINE VINEGAR WITH A DRIZZLE OF SUBMARINE OIL DRESSING, KOSHER SALT, & COARSE BLACK PEPPER WILL MAKE THIS A DELI-STYLE SANDWICH.

CHEESY GROUND TURKEY VEGETABLE BAKE


All-In-1 Casserole!

Turkey sausage. Swiss 🧀 veggies red & Green peppers, white onion, red onion, asparagus, spring salad mix, spinach and arugula.  Havarti cheese. Paprika. 

CHEESY EGG VEGETABLE BAKE

Egg, Cheese, & Vegetable Bake


WHAT YOU NEED:
  • Large Bowl
  • Small Strainer Bowl
  • Baking Dish 8x8 or Larger
  • Larger Baking Pan To Place Baking Dish
  • Kettle Preferably With A Long Spout
  • Small/Medium Whisk or Fork
  • Slotted Spoon
  • Protective Mitts & Pot Holder
INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 Large Eggs or 1 Quart Eggstirs (Liquid Eggs)
  • 2%Milk or Half & Half
  • 3 Handfuls Marketplace Mixed Greens
  • 1 Small/Medium Yellow Onion- Chopped & Sliced
  • Any 3 Small Bell Peppers (Green, Red, Orange, Yellow)
  • Any 3 (4-5) Sliced or Shredded Cheese Combinations: Optional-Swiss, Provolone, Medium Cheddar. 
  • 1/2 TBS Ground Paprika + A Little To Shake 
  • 1/8 TSP Ground Cayenne or Any Hot Sauce 
  • 1/4 TSP White Pepper (Optional)
  • Dried Oregano (Optional)
  • Dried Cilantro or Parsley Flakes (Optional)
  • Iodized Salt (Optional)
  • Kosher Salt & Coarse Black Pepper To Taste 
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Preheat Oven @355° F. 
  2. Heat Kettle To Boil Water A Little Past 1/2 Way Full.
  3. Place Clean Empty Baking Dish On The Counter.
  4. Boil 1/2 Level of Water In A Pan or Pot on The Stovetop Adding 2 TBS Iodized Salt. 
  5. Blanch Onions & Peppers Until Tender. Approx. 2 - 2 1/2 Minutes.
  6. While Veggies Cook, Layer Bottom of Baking Dish With Swiss.
  7. Remove Veggies Using A Slotted Spoon Draining Residual Liquid.
  8. Put Veggies In Strainer And Place In The Sink or Plate/Bowl To Drain. 
  9. Lay Small Amount On Top of The Swiss Cheese. Make Sure To Spread Out.
  10. Take 1 Handful Mixed Greens And Lay On Top. 
  11. Add More of The Veggies On Top of The Greens.
  12. Lay 5 Slices of Provolone Cheese On Top of The Veggies.
  13. Continue This Pattern 2x More. If The Greens Pile Up Higher Than The Baking Dish It's Okay. The Heat From The Oven Will Wilt Them. The Heat From The Cooked Veggies Can Help Shrink Them Also.
  14. After Final Layer Pour The Seasoned Egg Mixture Over Everything. Take Care To Move Slowly Pouring All Over To Cause No Splash Back.
  15. Layer On Top With Last 4-5 Sliced or Shredded Cheese Combination. 
  16. Shake A Little Paprika & Coarse Black Pepper Over It with Optional Dried Oregano And Parsley Flakes.
  17. On The Counter Place Baking Dish Inside of Larger Baking Pan.
  18. Carefully Pull Out Middle Rack of Oven With Protective Mitts

1st Time Homemade BBQ-Potato Chips

The Only Potatoes in the Fridge are Small Red Potatoes. Next Time I Will Use Russet Brown Potatoes Like The Traditional Method. I Used A Mandolin To Slice 1" Thick, Soaked In Water, Dried, Lightly Oiled Baked & Tossed In Homemade BBQ-Seasoning Using Individual Ingredients. For the 1st Time It Was Fair. Definitely Can Be Much Better.For Me Making Potato Chips Is More Challenging Than It Looks But The Taste Is Never Bad. Making Them With No Burnt Spots or Ends Is The Goal.
